Where do you ship to?

We Ship Australia-Wide and to New Zealand! Sorry no other international shipping at this time.

How long does shipping take?

Domestic shipping usually takes between 5 - 14 business days.

International (NZ) shipping usually takes between 14 - 20 business daysl

How do I track my order?

We use the Shop app for tracking orders. A link to the Shop app will be sent to you via email along with your tracking number. Didn't receive the email? Please contact us at hello@taeocti.com.au

Returns

How do I return an item?

Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Contact us before sending any items back. Please do not send anything back without any communication prior.

How long does it take to process my return?

You will be credited for the item (less delivery) within 14 days of us receiving and in original condition.

Can I exchange for a different item?

No, exchanges can't be made. Please contact us to discuss your options. hello@taeocti.com.au

Can I exchange discounted/sale items?

Discounted & Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged unless faulty.

What if the item arrives damaged/faulty?
